Refund & Return Policy

Products purchased from Promage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment if the product did not start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned and in exchange, we can give replacement or repair the product if we can’t process repair or replacement than only we will provide a full refund in store credit or amount within 7 – 10 days of purchase based on the condition.

* Promage may test products that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 25 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

* Any returned products that are damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

* Any claim about DOA/missing or damaged items has to be reported within 2 days from the date of invoice.

* Items in the website are on back to back order or special order professional equipment imported against specific purchase order, customer is fully responsible for all the purchases. Standard manufacturer’s warranty terms applicable on all the products.

* In the event of funds received by our bank is less than the expected amount, the goods shall not be released until the same has been received as complete.

* Buyer shall be liable for any additional taxes due for your specific country.

* The above goods remain the property of seller until full payment received.

* Promage will consider the buyer has accepted all the above terms & condition before placing the order.

About Refunds

Once the item is approved by Promage your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Where’s My Refund?

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, Contact us for further assistance.

If your refund does show as refunded in Your Account, and the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.

Note: After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return. Once the return is processed it may take additional few days for the refund to show up depending on the payment method you choose.
