Promage ships to a large number of countries all over the world including UAE, GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
Currently, the option to place order online is only available for the United Arab Emirates, If you wish to place orders internationally please email us on Sales@promage .tv

United Arab Emirates 1-3 working Days *
International 10-15 working Days (international priority)

Deliveries will be shipped as soon as the order information is verified, we will do our best to deliver your order fast. This is subject to payment confirmation and correct delivery address details provided by the customer.
* Promage offices are closed on Fridays & UAE public holidays. All Online orders will be processed on the next business day. If there is any inconvenience in your shopping process, kindly send an email to sales@Promage .tv and will get back to you as soon as possible.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges to the shipment may vary in the international orders. Promage has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
SHIPPING COURIERS
We have currently tied up with FedEx to deliver your shipments safely, securely and on time.
We may use other method for shipments to deliver on time, in case it is needed.
LIMITATION
Please note that products shipped and which may not comply with destination country’s standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The customer is solely responsible for determining if the product(s) can be legally imported into the country. In case the product can not be imported due to the legalities and the shipment is returned back to Promage the refund amount will be after deducting the entire shipment cost.
PRIVACY
Please note that international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities. Any information about your products contained therein may be provided customs authorities as part of the customs clearance procedures.
